Q + A

What should i wear?

There will be three events including the welcome dinner, the ceremony, and the reception. Everyone is invited to all 3!

Puerto Rico in January is still warm and humid. The welcome dinner will take place outside, we recommend dressing comfortably for hot weather (khaki shorts, collared t shirts are fine). Both the ceremony and reception are inside where there is air conditioning. Official attire is cocktail attire that you will be comfortable dancing in!

am i required to show a negative test or vaccine card at the wedding?

While we will not require a negative test or vaccination card to attend the wedding, all COVID regulations will follow both the church and Hotel El Convento's policy. For more information regarding COVID-19, please visit the COVID-19 Info page.

what is the best way to get around San Juan?

Old San Juan is very walkable with ubers, taxis, and scooters readily available and affordable. The roads in Old San Juan are narrow with minimal parking, so we would not recommend driving to the wedding if you have other options.

Do I need a passport to attend?

Puerto Rico is a part of the United States so no passport is needed.

Are there room blocks available?

Due to the increased prices that came with room blocks, we decided against it. We recommend staying at Hotel El Convento, or Palacio Provincial.

I Can't Find my name in the RSVP system?

Please enter the name exactly as it appears on your envelope. You will have the option to specify guest names in the RSVP section after you find your invitation.

Which events am i allowed to attend?

We are so grateful for the opportunity to host our friends and family in Puerto Rico. All guests are welcome to attend all three events: the welcome dinner, the wedding ceremony, and the wedding reception. We hope to see you there!
